Ariane guided participants through Polorum Regina, a piece from Llibre Vermell - medieval collection of Pilgrim songs they sang on their way to Montserrat (mountain-top monastery) which primary school children in Catalonia still learn to sing today. She then finished off with Los Set Gotx.
